Polyurethane roller technology upgrade

Recently, Kehui Transmission System (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. announced that its newly constructed fully automatic polyurethane roller production line has been officially put into use. This production line adopts advanced hot vulcanization technology and fully automatic casting technology, greatly improving the accuracy and consistency of products, marking a major upgrade in the manufacturing technology of polyurethane rollers.

It is understood that the hot vulcanization process is a technique of curing polyurethane materials through high-temperature vulcanization, which can significantly improve the wear resistance and load-bearing capacity of the materials. The technical team of Kehui Transmission has successfully solved the technical problems in traditional hot vulcanization process by optimizing process parameters, making it widely applicable in the production of polyurethane rollers.

In actual production, this fully automated production line has demonstrated excellent performance. For example, in a certain batch of production, the size error of the rollers is controlled within 0.1 millimeters, far below the industry average level. In addition, the production line can also achieve 24-hour continuous production, greatly improving production efficiency.

The production manager of Kehui Transmission stated that the deployment of this fully automated production line not only improves product quality but also significantly reduces production costs.
